ROOMS AND RATESÚll standard room types are on a space available at check in only. We will accept a room type request at the time of booking and do our best to accommodate these requests at check in time. Suite and guest room rates do not include the tax rate of 11.5 percent. To be honored, any exemptions must have proper documentation presented at time of check in. The tax rate is subject to change without notice. RESERVATION DEPOSITÚ valid Credit Card number will be required and kept on file to secure a room reservation at Clearwaters Hotel and Convention Center. Your card will not be charged in advance of stay. SPECIAL REQUESTS Our Hotel is unable to guarantee special requests, but please be assured we will do everything possible to meet any request.ÜHECK IN Our check in time is at 3pm. Our hotel will make every effort to accommodate any early arrivals.ÜHECK OUTÜheck out is at 12 00pm. If you request a later check out contact the front desk staff as there may be an additional fee.්NCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows we require a 24hr cancellation notice for all online reservations. In case of a no-show or a late cancellation you will be charged with the first nights room charge.ÜHILDREN There is no additional charge for children under the age of 17. PETS We do allow pets for no additional fee however if there is any damage caused by your pet during your stay it is the responsibility of the pet owner and repair fees will be billed at the owners expense.
